For my ligaments presentation I found out that I could give information clearly and keep going. I also found out that I didn’t make enough business cards to give away and people couldn’t get one. I would probably make more business cards to give away.

On Thursday it was Oaks Day. All of the year 6 students were required to wear top notch closes for the day. A lot of the girls wore dresses and boys wore nice shirts. We all did the cat walk and the final contestants made a final cat walk were they revealed the winners.
This term we are reading a story by the author Katherine Applegate” The one and only Ivan”.
Katherine has wrote many other books including:

*The adalite chronicles
* Buffalo storm
And many more.
She has won many award including the Golden Kite award for fiction with the book Home and he brave, and the John Newberry Award with the book the one and only Ivan.
She wrote the one and only Ivan because she wanted to share the true story of the bear.

The Federal Government are in charge of parks, sport ground, rubbish collection, local roads street lighting, health centres ect.
State government are in charge of hospital, police stations shops parks. houses ect.
local government are in charge of local plants gardens local sports centres and make fundraisers.
My bridge didn’t work. if I could change anything it would be to have the weight spread out because it was in the centre. Me and matt worked together.
We made a few test bridges to see what shapes were the most convenient and supportive to hold waits. I found out that my choices didn’t work as well as I thought they would and most of them failed.
Today in class we were researching bridges and we had to choose 5 bridges that we thought were cleverly designed. Here is the photos

Today in class we counted M&M’s and put them into a chart. Here is what we found out…
We found out that 4 blue, 3 red, 3 green, 0 orange, 2 brown and 2 yellow. We had 4 blue with the most and 0 orange with the least. We also had to make them into percentage.
